Job Title: Supply Chain Assistant
Location: Arbroath, Angus
Hours: 45 hours per week (8am-6pm)
Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of products.
- Check inventory levels and manage stock control.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the supply chain team.
- Prepare and process invoices.
- Manage order processing efficiently.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with end clients to ensure a seamless process from start to finish.
About You:
You have proven experience in stock control and the ability to thrive under pressure. Flexibility to work outside conventional office hours is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, effective verbal and written communication skills, and a keen eye for detail are a must. You should be a team player who can maintain accuracy in a dynamic environment.
