Full time | £25,000 + bonus
Come and join Cotswold Outdoor & Runners Need, part of the Outdoor & Cycle Concepts group, who are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join their team in Keswick.
You’ll be a key partner to the Store Manager, creating a seamless experience for all customers whilst combining your love for the outdoors with your drive, enthusiasm and leadership skills!
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Assisting with core operational processes relating to inventory and stock, audits, and banking
* Being a role model to inspire the team to deliver a premium level of customer service
* Creating a premium and inclusive shopping experience by connecting with customers to understand their specific needs and wants
* Leading and motivating the store team in the Store Manager’s absence
* Working closely with the Store Manager to maintain high standards of presentation across the store and implementing seasonal campaigns and promotions

* Experience managing and coaching a team to achieve group objectives
* A customer-first approach with experience in supporting customers find the perfect product for their adventures
* An understanding of how a store operates, including: compliance, processes, and visual merchandising
* A one team mentality to consistently contribute to the development and improvement of your store and team
