Full Time (6 month FTC) | 40 hours

O&CC, one of the UK's largest outdoor retailers trading as Cotswold Outdoor, Snow + Rock, and RunnersNeed, are looking for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Nottingham on a 6 month FTC.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support your Store Manager by leading your team to success, ensuring first-class customer service across the store. You will assist with core operational processes related to stock, audits, and maintaining high standards. Additionally, you will motivate your team in the Store Manager's absence.
We are ideally looking for retail management professionals with a background in outdoor, apparel, or footwear retail, where you have gained experience with KPIs, budgeting and planning, and developing a successful team.
