Assistant Site Manager - Worksop - 2 Weeks

Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Assistant Site Manager for a short-term project in Worksop, starting ASAP.

The project is a New Build Housing Development for an industry leading client, so suitabel NBH experience is required for the job.

Key Requirements:

* Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets.

* Proven experience managing similar new build housing developments

* Strong Health & Safety and site procedure knowledge is essential.

Key Duties:

* Overseeing day-to-day site operations

* Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme

* Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance

* Coordinating works across site

* Reporting progress to the site manager

This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager with relevant experience looking for a short-term contract.
