Assistant Site Manager - temp to perm opportunity - East London
Are you eager to develop your career in a high-end, fast-paced environment? We are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join a busy residential new build scheme in East Lodnon.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination: Manage internal sub-contractors and consultants to ensure programme, quality, and budget targets are met.
Inductions and Quality Checks: Lead site inductions, monitor quality checks, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety KPI’s.
Electronic Systems: Utilise construction electronic systems for efficient information logging.Ideal Candidate:
Experience: Proven experience in managing fit-out and/ or external packages for residential or student accommodation projects.
Degree educated im Construction Management ir Engineering or trade background
Qualifications: valid SSSTS, CSCS, First aid
Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking skills, proficient with construction electronic systems.
