Description:

My client is an award winning residential developer who are looking to for an Assistant Site Manager for an exciting scheme of new build homes near Yeovil.

Working alongside the Site Manager you will be responsible for ensuring company health, safety and quality procedures are adhered to on site, managing the various subcontractors involved on the project. Applicants will require experience of working on new build residential schemes, taking units from first fix through to completion and liaising with the NHBC. It is important that you possess good communication and man management skills and the ability to work towards targets.
