Assistant Site Manager
Warwickshire
£52,000 + package
A leading national housebuilder is looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to join an established site team on a residential development in the Warwickshire area.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant Site Manager with a background in traditional build housing to join a well-regarded developer offering long-term stability and progression.
You will support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development, helping to ensure homes are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating trades and subcontractors
* Monitoring build progress against programme
* Maintaining high standards of quality and finish
* Carrying out inspections, snagging and quality checks
* Supporting Health & Safety across site
* Assisting with plot delivery through to completion and handover
* Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and the wider site team
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working for a residential developer or housebuilder on traditional build schemes.
Relevant site qualifications including SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid would be advantageous.
