Assistant Site Manager - House Building
Location: West Midlands
I'm currently working with a well-established house builder that is looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of high-quality new build housing developments.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career with a business that offers genuine progression into Site Manager and Senior Site Manager positions.
The Role
Assist the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of a new build housing development.
Supervise subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely and to programme.
Carry out quality inspections and monitor build standards.
Help maintain high levels of health & safety across site.
Support with site inductions, inspections and daily coordination of trades.
Work closely with the site team to ensure homes are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within house building or residential construction.
Good understanding of construction processes and site operations.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
SMSTS or SSSTS.
CSCS Card and First Aid at Work.
Ambitious, proactive and keen to progress within the business.
