Assistant Site Manager - Residential - Northampton - Urgently Required
VR Group urgently require an experienced Assistant Site Manager to work with one of our most respected clients.
We are looking to recruit a professioanlly preseneted Assistant Site Manager to join this national housebuilder on one of their flagship sites in Northampton.
The main focus of this role is the management of internal trades from 1st fix to CML's. As well as this the role will involve customer care, assisting the team with site inductions and toolbox talks as well as being a strong advocate for Health and Safety on site.
You will need:
* Management Experience on medium to large scale housing sites.
* SMSTS
* 1st Aid
* CSCS
This role is initially on a freelance basis but with a clear view to transfer to permanent after an initial spell.
