Freelance Assistant Site Manager
Location: West Yorkshire
Duration: 12 Months

FFW Site Services are recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a long term freelance opportunity on a residential development in West Yorkshire.
The role will involve working alongside the Site Manager, supporting the day to day running of the site and helping to ensure the development progresses safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Duties will include:

Supporting the Site Manager with the day to day running of the development
*
Coordinating subcontractors and trades
*
Monitoring progress against programme
*
Carrying out quality checks throughout the build
*
Managing snagging and ensuring works are completed to the required standard
*
Assisting with inspections and plot handovers
*
Liaising with customers throughout the build and handover process
*
Dealing with customer queries and ensuring any issues are communicated and resolved promptly
*
Monitoring materials and site requirements
*
Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and the wider site team
Requirements:
*
Previous Assistant Site Manager experience
*
Strong new build residential experience
*
Good knowledge of the full build process
*
SMSTS or SSSTS
*
CSCS
*
First Aid
*
Good understanding of NHBC standards
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
Confident dealing with customers in a professional manner
