Fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Assistant Site Manager around Bracknell, Berkshire. Fawkes and Reece are working with a leading residential developer looking for an Assistant Site Manager to work on a large traditional build housing project. This is a great opportunity to join a company where you will learn from highly professional Senior Site Managers, while being able to take control of your own units. You will be managing the sub-contractors and labour force, driving the project forward.
Our client is looking for a strong and experienced Assistant, who has experience working on large traditional build housing projects previously. The ideal Assistant Site manager will have 2-4 years experience on Site working with a main developer, have strong procedure experience, showcase experience working on a new build site and someone who is ambitious and hardworking.
