Position Overview: They are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Assistant Site Manager to support their site operations. Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Site Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities on site.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly in asbestos removal operations.

* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

* Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.

* Manage site documentation and ensure all records are up to date.

* Oversee the quality of workmanship and materials used on site.

* Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

* Assist in budget management and cost control measures.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on office fit-outs, asbestos removal, or domestic insurance claims.

* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills.

* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.

* Valid CSCS card is desirable.
