Description:
Joshua Robert and I are partnered with a regional house builder from Gloucestershire who is looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager.
The business has a number of new sites starting in H2 of 2024 and are looking for experienced assitants to support thier existing site management.
The sites all in Gloucestershire range in size from 30 plots to 150.
Essential requirements are:
CSCS
SMSTS
First Aid
5 years management experience.
Rates are negotiable (CIS payments are available) or permanent opportunity also available.
