Assistant Site Manager Construction
An award winning, established, and intimate Prime Residential Main Contractor based in London are seeking an Assistant Site manager for a project in Buckinghamshire.
They’re super flexible on previous experience, whether that’s from a consultancy, architectural or trades background. The main desire is to find an individual with a want to get into the Super Prime world with a renowned Main Contractor.
The Assistant Site manager role
The Assistant Site manager will be site based and benefit from having 2x Site Manager’s and a Project Manager on the job with you too – Ideally you will have keen eye for detail and any exposure to Prime residential is beneficial.
The Assistant Site Manager will be helping to ensure the effective management of a £30 million new build + refurbishment in Buckinghamshire.
After this initial project you will progress to another project either as an assistant or there is the possibility to move up to a Site Management position (18 month timeline).

You will join a company with an incredibly friendly attitude to construction – contract disputes are taken legally as a last resort NOT a first knee jerk. A rarity at this level of construction.

Projects are entirely focused on one off Prime / High-End Residential New builds and Refurbishments.
The company currently has a 3 year pipeline of works secured.
The Person
The Assistant Site Manager will have
A desire to work for a Main Contractor

Excellent administrative skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels
A valid driving licence
