I am currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join an exisiting site for a high volume developer on their site in Chichester.
This site is an existing site and they are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to come in and help the site team complete the phase.They have other phases starting later in the year so there is a potential of up to 5 years worth of work down there.
The site has around 70 traditional build units in build currently with a mixture of houses and apartments. They build both Housing Association and Private housing.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager as they have alot of work coming up on the south coast later on this year.
Assistant Site Manager Experience & Qualifications
* SSSTS or SMSTS
* Housing experience minimum 2 years
* CSCS Card
* First Aid
* Knowledge of varied trades
* An excellent understanding of Health and Safety
* Full Clean Driving License
