We Are Recruiting for an Assistant Contracts Manager!
Do you have a background in commercial property refurbishment and construction? Are you comfortable managing projects and ensuring client satisfaction? If so, then we have the perfect opportunity for you!
We are searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Assistant Contracts Manager to join our client company based in Lancashire. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the Operations Director in the successful delivery of commercial property refurbishment, fit-out and construction contracts.
What you will be doing:
Overseeing and managing Sub-Contractors, Direct Labour, Materials, Plant, Supply Chain Partners, and the Admin Team.
Ensuring all contract works are delivered in line with client requirements and internal targets, while providing adequate resources and closely monitoring progress to guarantee projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required specifications.
Supporting the Operations Director in managing all resources and facilities.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication channels are established.Key Requirements:
A background in commercial property refurbishment, fit-out and construction.
Experience in supervising reactive and small to medium works projects.
Working knowledge of contracts, statutory compliance, and health & safety regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What We Offer:
Competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
