My client is new build residential developer who are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager on a project in Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire.
The role will be supporting the site team with work up until September.
The details are as follows:
The role can be either managing plots from 1st fix through to handover
You will have at least two years of experience of managing large new build HOUSING projects.
Have experience in completing and managing Health & Safety documentation
CSCS is mandatory, SMSTS and First Aid certs are expected.
