Description:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Assistant Site Manager to join a new residential development in the Leominster area.
The successful candidate will support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development, helping to coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress and ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
The ideal candidate:
* Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager on residential new-build developments.
* Timber frame experience is highly desirable.
* Good understanding of site health & safety, quality control and programme management.
* Experience assisting with the coordination and supervision of subcontractors and site teams.
* Ability to monitor site progress, identify issues and report back to the Site Manager.
* SMSTS and First Aid certificates are essential.
* Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
