Description:

Cracking opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join the team on a long term residential scheme in Aldershot, Hampshire.  

The scheme is a 30 unit Traditional Build scheme, so will require an Assistant with low rise house building experience.

Responsibilities:

Managing health and safety

Build strong relationships with the contractors on site to coordinate the individual trades to ensure they are meeting build targets.

Working with customer care to ensure all customer journey plans are adhered to from start to finish.

Working alongside NHBC to carry out plot inspections and key site

Mentoring and developing all trainees and apprentices across the site.

Key Attributes:

Experienced Assistant Site Manager with a minimum of 3 years in Volume House Building.

Fully conversant in NHBC standards.

CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Inspection.

Site sizes from 30 – 100 units.

On offer is a basic salary of £45,000 - £48,000 plus car / allowance, pension, healthcare, 25 days leave, bonus
