Assistant Site Manager

ITS Construction Professionals are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a residential housebuilding project in Hereford.
We are looking for an Assistant Site Manager with previous experience working on new-build residential developments who is looking for their next opportunity with an established housebuilder.
The Role
*
Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development
*
Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
*
Monitoring build quality and progress
*
Ensuring works are completed safely and in line with the programme
*
Assisting with site inductions and toolbox talks
*
Monitoring health & safety across the development
*
Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and the wider site team
*
Ensuring plots are progressing to programme and specification
*
Supporting the Site Manager through to completion and handover
Requirements
*
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within residential housebuilding
*
Strong knowledge of new-build residential construction
*
Experience managing subcontractors and trades
*
Good understanding of health & safety and quality standards
*
CSCS
*
SMSTS or SSSTS
*
First Aid
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
Full UK driving licence
