Assistant Site Manager - (Externals) South East London £220 - £275 cis Temporary Contract Client: A main contractor which bases their work around London and surrounding areas - with around 200 million pound turn over. Majority of their work are unique new build residential scheme. Project: Large Residential Scheme - External Soft and Hard Landscaping - 278 Works Job opportunity: We are looking for a strong assistant site manager for around 6 months with a potential of going temp to perm. We need a keen individual who is willing to learn and already has some existing experience in these areas. The Manager be / have: • Must Have: SMSTS - CSCS - FIRST AID • Soft and Hard Landscaping experience or 278 works experiences. • Similar projects shown on their CV. • Able to work on their own initiative. • Health and Safety focused.
