Description:

I am looking for a freelance assistant site manager for a residential project in Reading.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as an assistant site manager on residential projects.

* Must have SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.

* Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.

* Proven problem-solving abilities.

* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring adherence to project timeline and budget.

* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

* Monitor quality control and compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Troubleshoot any on-site issues and implement solutions promptly.

* Maintain accurate site records and documentation.

Location: Reading

Rate: £240 per day
