I'm currently working with a tier 1 developer, in assisting them with recruiting of an Assistant Site Manager, for their major RC frame residential scheme in East London
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the external envelope which included brickwork, SFS, Metsec and Scaffolding works. You will be responsible for managing the sub-contractors on site, supporting the management team, managing health and safety on site and reporting into the Project Manager. The ideal candidate must have experience working on external envelope works and must have worked for a residential developer/main contractor here.
You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First aid certificate here and the role is a temp to perm position here.
