We are recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join a long-term roofing and cladding project in Ashford. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced Site Manager on a major refurbishment programme involving the removal of asbestos roofing and installation of new Kingspan roofing sheets.

As the Assistant Site Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. A key aspect of the role will be overseeing quality inspections, snagging, and progress reporting using digital site management software.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the Site Manager with the daily running of site operations
Monitoring health & safety compliance and site standards
Managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities
Carrying out quality inspections and snagging works
Using Field View or Site Audit Pro for reporting, inspections, and defect management
Ensuring works progress in line with programme requirements
Supporting project documentation and site reportingRequirements:
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within construction, roofing, cladding, or industrial refurbishment projects
Strong working knowledge of Field View or Site Audit Pro snagging software
Good understanding of health & safety and quality management on site
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence essentialWhat's on Offer:
