Project: New Build Housing Development
We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a busy new build housing project in Gosberton (PE11), starting ASAP.
The Role
Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the site
Coordinating trades and subcontractors
Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained
Monitoring progress and quality of works
Assisting with site documentation and reporting
Helping ensure the project runs safely, efficiently and to programme
Requirements
SMSTS
CSCS Card
First Aid
Previous experience working on new build housing developments
Strong communication and organisational skills
