Description:
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Site Manager with previous PLC residential experience to support the delivery of a residential development. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity with an established contractor/developer.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Site Manager with daily site operations and coordination of trades.
*
Monitor subcontractor performance, build quality and progress against programme.
*
Carry out site inspections, quality checks and snagging.
*
Ensure health & safety procedures and site standards are maintained.
*
Support plot completions, handovers and overall project delivery.
Requirements:
*
Previous Assistant Site Manager experience with a PLC housebuilder or residential developer.
*
Good understanding of residential build processes and NHBC standards.
*
Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
*
Valid SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
