Assistant Site Manager - Essex
Salary: Up to £55,000 + package, depending on experience
A national residential developer is looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to join an established traditional build development in Essex.
The scheme comprises approximately 125 new homes and is already underway, with the successful candidate joining a live site team and supporting the continued delivery of the development.
The role will involve assisting with the day-to-day management of the site, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining strong health & safety and quality standards, and helping to ensure build targets and programme deadlines are achieved.
Candidates should ideally have previous traditional build residential experience with a recognised housebuilder or developer.
This is a strong opportunity to join a national developer with a good pipeline of future work in the region and clear long-term prospects.
Salary is up to £55,000 plus package, depending on experience
