Description:

Assistant Site Manager - Elstree
Salary: Up to £55,000 + package, depending on experience
A well-established residential developer is looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to join a brand-new traditional build development in Elstree.
The scheme will deliver approximately 82 new homes and is at the early stages, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to join the project from the outset and see it through the build programme.
The role will involve supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining health & safety and quality standards, and helping ensure build targets and programme deadlines are achieved.
Candidates should ideally have previous experience working on traditional build residential developments for a recognised housebuilder or developer.
This is a strong opportunity to join a quality-focused business on a new scheme with good long-term prospects.
Salary is up to £55,000 plus package, dependent on experience
