Description:
We are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to support a leading residential developer on a completed new build housing development in Thame.
This is a 1-week contract starting Monday 3rd August, focusing on customer aftercare rather than active construction. You will be carrying out 3-day and 7-day homeowner visits, identifying and recording any defects, and ensuring customers receive a professional, positive experience as they settle into their new homes.
This role would suit an Assistant Site Manager or Finishing Manager with a keen eye for detail and excellent customer service skills.
Duties will include:
* Carrying out scheduled 3-day and 7-day homeowner visits.
* Inspecting completed properties and identifying any defects or snagging items.
* Recording issues accurately and arranging follow-up actions where required.
* Providing an excellent level of customer service and building positive relationships with homeowners.
* Working closely with the site team and subcontractors to ensure defects are resolved efficiently.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager, Finishing Manager or similar within new build residential.
* Strong customer-facing skills with a professional and approachable manner.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
