Kennet Solutions are working with an established regional Main Contractor looking for an Assistant Site Manager to lead one of their projects in SE London.
Company information:
* The company specialises in Residential, High End Residential, Heritage and Social Housing projects
* They work on projects up to £5m in value
* They are based in SE London, with works all across London and the Home Counties
Role Information:
* Project value £200k-£300k
* You will manage all elements of the project from start to finish
* You will report directly to the Contracts Manager
What the Client Requires:
* To be easily able to commute around SE London
* Experience with Sub-Contractors preferred
* Experience within Residential and Refurbishment works
* UK Driving Licence
* Right to Work in the UK
