Temp to Perm Assistant Site Manager (Housing) – Doncaster

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Assistant Site Manager to lead the onsite team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy housing development within the Doncaster area. This role would start on a freelance basis as we are looking for an immediate start, for the right candidate there is a chance for a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage subcontractors and site staff, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress documentation

• Coordinate snagging and handover procedures at project completion

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing new build residential developments

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• In date tickets – SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work

• Ability to reliably commute to Doncaster
