Description:

Assistant Site Manager required for a fit-out of a large office refurbishment in the Glasgow area. The project is commencing Monday 19th October and running for 20 weeks. The requirement is day shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the management of the project.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors.
- Conduct site inductions.
- Attend client meetings.
- Ensure health, safety, and site compliance.
- Liaise with the Site Manager .
- Use IT systems for reporting and project administration.
Essential Experience

- Proven experience as an assistant Site Manager.
- Strong background in fit-out projects.
- Experience working on supermarket or similar retail fit-out/refurbishment schemes.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- IT literate.

Must have the below qualifications -
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- First Aid Certificate
- CSCS Card
- Fire Marshal
- Asbestos Awareness
