Assistant Site Manager - Newark - 1 Month
Approach Personnel are currently working with an industry leading, new build housing developer who are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Assistant Site Manager on a freelance basis for a short-term project in Newark, starting Monday the 17th of August.
The ideal candidate will have relevant New Build Housing management experience and have excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and practices.
Key Requirements:
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets.
* Proven experience managing similar new build housing developments
* Strong Health & Safety and site procedure knowledge is essential.
* Strong understanding of NHBC standards and procedures.
Key Duties:
* Overseeing day-to-day site operations
* Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme
* Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance
* Coordinating works across site
* Reporting progress to the site manager
