Eleven have been retained by a leading battery manufacturing company is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Scientist. In this lab-based role, you will be instrumental in the development and analysis of innovative battery materials, working closely with our material development team to drive progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute small-scale experimental studies based on feedback from the material development team.
Record and report experimental designs and results, while developing and implementing best practices.
Contribute to the planning of laboratory-based reactor systems for experimental purposes.
Handle powders and reactor equipment safely and efficiently.
Operate reactors using computerized control systems, recommending and testing improved control measures.
Provide written and oral reports to the material scientists within the team.
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures, including conducting risk assessments.Essential Criteria:

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, applied science, or a related field.
Prior experience in a laboratory-based environment.
Proficiency in experimental planning and execution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Exceptional time management and record-keeping abilities.
Proficiency in computer skills.
