Responsibilities within your new role as Assistant Restaurant Manager
* Assist the Manager in the efficient operation of the restaurant and bar
* Oversee staff training and development
* Supervise restaurant personnel to ensure high-quality service
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
* Deputise for the Manager in their absence
