Assistant Relocation Manager
London - 30 Fenchurch Street - 12 Month FTC
Avison Young are looking for an Assistant Location Manager for a client site in the city of London. You will be working alongside the Lead Relocations Manager to provide support, management and structure for the relocation of clients across buildings.
Assistant Relocation Manager duties:
With the support of the Lead Relocations Manager, responsibilities will include:
* Planning all aspects of the relocation,
* Managing and co-ordinating all works on site,
* Procuring and managing relevant suppliers,
* Effectively communicating with customers, suppliers and colleagues at all levels.
This is a customer facing position and will also require some out-of-hours working, and to provide cover for the Lead Relocations Manager.
Assistant Relcation Manager experience;
* At least 2 years as Move Manager within office environment.
* Experience in procuring and managing removal services.
* Experience in managing relocations for corporate clients is desirable.
* Experience in undertaking office surveys and audits.
