Assistant Quantity Surveyor - London projects £1m-£2m Refurbishment/fitout
This role is for a main contractor that are busy working on commercial, high spec residential and heritage projects and has an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to join the business.
Being a small growing business, you will have a great opportunity to learn and have exposure to more advanced Quantity Surveyor tasks than with a larger contractor.
If you have worked with specialist contractors on Heritage, small high end residential refurbishment in London and have a bit of site work as part of previous positions, this role could suit you.
With the average project being £1m - £1.5m in value you will have similar experience of refurbishment, fitout and small specialised projects within the private high end residential sector, commercial offices and other commercial.
You will as Assistant Quantity Surveyor work a mixed week of being based in their office in Enfield, North London and site based in London along with some flexibility of working from home.
