A renowned, multidisciplinary Property and Construction Consultancy is seeking an ambitious and career-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their vibrant Birmingham team.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will become part of a flourishing team of 20 professionals, including 8 Quantity Surveyors, spread across 5 offices nationwide. The team works across all sectors of the built environment and is engaged in a variety of exciting projects.
The consultancy has an impressive pipeline of regional projects, with a focus on Residential, Education, and Healthcare schemes. They are also expanding their presence in the Manufacturing and Leisure sectors, with project values ranging from £1m to £135m.
The new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will benefit from a modern, dynamic, and supportive working environment that prioritises continuous professional development. The role includes a structured career plan and a robust APC programme to assist with achieving Chartership.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
The incoming Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be ambitious, hungry for development and progression, and will benefit from tailored progression plans from senior management and 1-2-1 support in order to achieve. You will also have:
A RICS Accredited degree qualification
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within in a Consultancy
Including internship, university placement, trainee / apprentice or assistant QS roles
Basic pre & post contract experience
Committed to achieving MRICS and completing APCIn Return?
