My client requires an Assistant/ Intermediate Quantity Surveyor who has previous experience working in either the construction or engineering sector, to join their business on a permanent basis working in Liverpool Street.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to be involved with a client who works on large scale engineering projects.
My client works on infrastructure projects such as HS2 (Rail) to Commercial Projects with high profile clients.
Working a mix from home and the offices which are located by Liverpool Street, London
My client has an established name in delivering large scale projects for high profile clients throughout the South East and is looking for someone who wishes to progress into a senior surveyor role.
Key Responsibilities & Experience:
* Supporting the commercial team with administrative duties
* Assisting in value management, identify and report potential cost savings
* Assisting in Financial Reporting
* Assisting in cost reviews
* Assisting in putting together applications for services undertaken
* Contract experience NEC3/ 4
The role offers a huge amount of training and experience working alongside an established commercial team.
This project requires someone and will be paying a starting salary of £40,000 - 48,000 + Full Package.
