This role is a great opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to make the next step in their career with a company that will provide full training and support in the industry.
In short you will
* Analyse Data and create reports
* Process and monitoring of Early Warnings and Compensation Events
* Assist with Final accounts and targets
* Manage Subcontract applications and invoices
* Assist in dispute resolution and collaborative working with clients
* Assist the commercial team with monthly applications and payments
* Estimate and cost projects for the client.
About you
Alongside a willingness to join the team and get stuck in, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will need to embody the company’s core values of cooperation and partnership.
Furthermore, you should have:
* Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering qualification or working towards, (experience and time served rather than formal qualifications will be considered)
* Some knowledge on NEC 4
* Previous experience in similar role
* Demonstrate knowledge and experience of Commercial Management works on site
* Strong IT skills
* Effective communication skills
