Are you an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to join a multi-award-winning company on private and social housing developments 200+ units in Salford.

The business works on a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from large-scale urban regeneration schemes and affordable housing developments to private residential communities and strategic partnerships with local authorities and housing associations.
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will support the procurement of materials, plant, and subcontract services, ensuring competitive quotations are assessed and orders are placed in line with project timelines. You will assist in managing subcontract packages, overseeing valuations and contractual processes, while maintaining accurate project records and monitoring payments for labour, plant, and materials to ensure effective commercial control.
Experience / Qualifications Required:
Proven track record of Assistant Quantity Surveying ideally 3-5 years post grad experience
Academically Qualified with a BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Background within a main contractor or developer environment
Confident, commercially astute with good communication skills able to negotiate and manage subcontractors effectively
Salary & Package on offer:
Base £35,000 - £45,000
