Description:
TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our rapidly expanding client in their London office. Working with the M25 circle.
Duties will be but not limited to –
* Cost management
* Identifying labour and material needs
* Conduct site visits to assess progress
* Working closely with PM
* Prepare progress reports and forecasts
The work will be carried out on multi retail stores. The starting salary for the Assistant Quantity Surveyor role will be anywhere between £35k-50k depending on experience.
This role is a hybrid role, where you will spend ideally 3 days in the office and 2 days at home/site visits.
Working hours – 8:30am – 5:00pm
Successful candidates will have previous AQS experience, ability to be able to work on multiple projects at one time and work closely with clients.
