A vibrant Cost Management team in London is seeking a proactive Assistant Quantity Surveyor eager to kick-on with their APC diary.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's role
Working alongside the London QS Director, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work on a variety of fast paced retail and education projects, carrying out pre and post contract tasks on works valued between £10k and £2m.
Day to day, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor shall be involved in cost plans, valuations, cost reporting, overseeing projects on site, value engineering, and a little bit of Project Management.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
2 or more years Quantity Surveying experience
Worked for a PQS / Consultancy practice
Basic pre and post contract knowledge
Working on your APC diary
