North-west leading Civil Engineering contractor specialising in ground works for the house building and residential market. They work with some of the largest building contractors in the UK on projects such as New Build, Schools, Supermarkets, Hospital and health care, Education, and commercial buildings.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Will be involved in the commercial management of multiple £10million - £20million projects with some of the largest Housebuilding clients in the Northwest.
We are looking for Commercial professionals with experience on Civils Ground works projects with new build residential clients on volume house building schemes.
