Description:
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant QS for a construction project on Teesside.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting the senior quantity surveyor and commercial manager with project administration (Commercial and project spreadsheets etc.)
* Raise applications for payment
* External valuations, re-measures and pricing variations
* Assist with project cost analysis
* Form effective relationships with the site team
* Prioritise and manage time whilst working to deadlines
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
* Be a confident and reliable Assistant Quantity Surveyor
* 1-3 years’ experience in a experience in a similar role
* Degree or HND qualified in relevant subject
* Possess strong numeracy and report writing skills
* Have good presentation skills
