Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
Up to £40,000 per annum – Depending on experience.
Based in Enfield. Role covers Kent & Sussex.

This role will be responsible for a variety of deliverables, which include maintaining commercial control of direct labour, subcontractors, plant, materials, consumables, admin costs and project valuation. This role will also provide accurate reports to clients and internal stakeholders through validation of progress data.
What the role will involve for the Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
* Administration of contract records.
* Assist with the management of subcontract payments. This can include the negotiation of variations. Monitor the reconciliation of contra-change accounts.
* Collate accurate information to provide cost and value reconciliations and contract reviews.
* Weekly costs and value report generations.
* Assist with target cost generation.
* When required help with reports dedicated to finances and statistics.
What we are looking for in the Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
* Ideally experience within a similar role.
* Excellent written and verbal skills.
* Knowledge of NEC 3 and 4 contracts.
* A confident and enthusiastic approach.
* Good knowledge of MS Office.
* Ideally working towards a Quantity Surveying qualification.
