An entrepreneurial and ambitious Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy, are seeking a reliable Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their open plan, modern offices near London Victoria.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will predominantly be involved on private, high end projects including a luxury student accommodation schemes, a 5* hotel, and a £70m commercial refurbishment project.
The Directors are seeking a reliable Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable working across different projects, providing pre and post cost management services under their direction and support.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
Minimum of 2 years Quantity Surveying experience
Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
Hotel or Commercial project experience would be beneficial
Confident - good communication skills
