Description:
Working for an award-winning FM and Construction support provider, you’ll be responsible for visiting sites, conducting surveys, and assisting a capital projects pre-construction team in the preparation of schedules, specifications, and scopes of work.
As well as collaborating with our procurement team, navigating through the tender process, and playing a key role in the analysis of tender submissions and preparation of joint recommendations.
You’ll also be producing cost plans, estimates, and formal client submissions for your projects. You’ll work closely with the finance teams, maintaining a robust cost and revenue forecast that keeps operations running smoothly.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Quantity Surveying at NVQ Level 3 (or above) and is working towards a relevant professional qualification.
Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to plan and prioritise activities and close out in a timely manner.
High level of numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail.
A full UK driving licence
