Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Belfast

We are currently working with one of the UK's leaders in the railway systems industry looking for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Commercial Team after a series of successful contract awards for critical rail infrastructure in Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities include:

- Support the commercial management of a series of contracts from initial award stage through to completion

- Support all commercial aspects of projects, including cost control, subcontract management and contractual documentation from cradle to grave.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will:

- Have a BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)

- At least 2 years' industry experience

- A background working in the rail sector

- Right to live and work in the UK

This is a permanent role with hybrid working but will require office presence at least 3 days per week.
