Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Location: West London (Office Based)
Salary: Competitive + Package
An established and growing main contractor is looking to appoint an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team based in West London
Working alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors, you'll support the commercial management of a diverse portfolio of refurbishment, new build and maintenance projects ranging from £50,000 to £10 million across multiple sectors. The business delivers projects as principal contractor across a wide range of construction disciplines and has built a strong reputation for quality, collaboration and long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities

Assist with the commercial management of multiple construction projects.

Support subcontract procurement and package administration.
*
Prepare valuations, variations and final accounts.
*
Measure works and assist with cost reporting.
*
Review subcontractor applications and invoices.
*
Liaise with site teams, suppliers and clients.
*
Support monthly CVRs and forecasting.
Requirements
*
Experience within a Quantity Surveying role or recent Quantity Surveying graduate.
*
Construction or main contractor experience preferred.
*
Strong numerical and commercial awareness.
*
Excellent communication skills.
*
Ambitious and keen to develop professionally.
